Return and Exchange Policy for Medical Products
At Vaxel, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of medical products, we follow strict policies regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the quality and safety of all items we offer.
1. General Return and Exchange Conditions:
- Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:
To ensure your safety and the integrity of our products, most medical items—including but not limited to: medications, medical supplies that come into contact with the body, personal care items, dietary supplements, and personal-use beauty products—cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging is opened or the product is used, except in specific, exceptional cases. - Original Packaging:
All products eligible for return or exchange must be in their original, unopened, unused packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased. - Proof of Purchase:
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting a return or exchange. - Return/Exchange Request Period:
Requests must be submitted within 2 days from the date the product was received.
2. Eligible Return and Exchange Cases:
- You may request a return or exchange only in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Product:
If the product arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., broken, leaking, or defective). - Incorrect Product:
If the product delivered differs from what was ordered. - Short Expiry Date:
If the product has an expiry date of less than 3 months from the purchase date, and this was not clearly stated at the time of purchase. - In such cases, please follow these steps:
- Immediate Notification:

An inspection will be arranged by our team or the shipping agent. - Return or Replacement:
If the product is confirmed to be damaged, incorrect, or near expiry: - We will arrange to retrieve the product and either refund the full amount or replace it with a new one of the same type—based on your preference and product availability.
- No additional shipping charges will be applied in these cases.
3. Refund Processing:
- Upon approval of the return request, the refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, the refund will be arranged via [insert refund method, e.g., bank transfer or store voucher].
4. Order Cancellation:
